CSSE 11+ English Practice Paper B
A full practice paper for the English section of the CSSE 11+.
This paper is the second of four English practice papers and uses Dracula by Bram Stoker as the extract.
The paper includes a 40-mark comprehension section and a 20-mark Continuous Writing section, giving pupils the opportunity to practise both parts of the CSSE English assessment. A detailed mark scheme for the comprehension questions is also included.
Exam day can be a nerve-racking experience. Completing full practice papers written specifically for the CSSE 11+ helps pupils become familiar with the type and level of challenge they can expect, while also developing their comprehension, vocabulary, writing and exam technique.
Regular practice can help children identify areas for improvement and approach the real exam feeling calmer, better prepared and more confident.
